- Learning and Development: implementing learning strategies and programs including career plan;
- Company culture: plan and conduct employee training, internal event, work situation to achieve vision and mission based on company value;
- Performance management: designing and implementing employee appraisals;
- Employee affairs management: manage expatriate documents;
Requirements:
- Have minimum 3 years of experiences in similar job descriptions
- English is mandatory, Mandarin is preferred
- Initiative,communication skills as trainer, can work individually, decision making skills
- Experience in start-up and technology company is preferred
