Objective of the role is to handle day to day legal transactions of the company including commercial contracts and documents reviews. Transactions ranging from houses purchases and sale, vendor or partners agreements, and legal services coordination. Typical candidate would have 1-2 years of experience handling a combination of exposure to notary services, corporate commercial contracts and/or legal services/advisory projects. Having experience in retail real estate deals is a plus point. A fitting candidate would be keen to create innovation in the access to homeownership for millennials, and transforming legal/documentation processes through technology.
