Akar Inti Enterprise was first established in January 2021, to meet the requirement of creating a digital integrator to further focus on providing a cohesive, end-to-end solution-based channeling service and business strategy consultation connecting all partners within the Djarum Group. Since then, Akar Inti Enterprise has become the official liaison between clients and trusted partners, serving, not only clients’ needs, but also a well-integrated solution channeling system.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in law, legal or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ proven experience in a legal officer or legal associate role, in Technology or in Fintech Industry
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
• Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities 

• Ensures a company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals. 
• Provide studies, opinions and legal solutions related to problems that arise in company activities, as well as preparation of internal company regulations including policies, standard procedures, procedural memorandums, product manuals and technical instructions.
• Reviewing contracts, wills, deeds, and other legal documents to ensure they comply with legal requirements
• Conducting research on legal issues and case law in order to provide advice and recommendations
