ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities
– Provide legal consultation and advice to clients
– Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and filing materials
– Represent clients in litigation and negotiations
– Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal strategy
– Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective legal solutions
– Maintain good relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Qualifications
– Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree from an accredited university
– Valid advocate license in Indonesia
– At least 3 years of experience as a lawyer in a law firm or other legal environment
– Deep understanding of the law, litigation process, and business practices
– Strong analytical ability and good problem-solving skills
– Superior oral and written communication skills, including negotiation
– Knowledge of the use of legal technology and productivity tools
– Dedicated, detail-oriented, and good time management skills
