What you’ll do:
- Conduct legal research related to legal matters or issues relevant to the Company’s business
- Assist in investigation process of fraud cases and/or dispute settlements with any stakeholders, including with the authorities and/or police department
- Support legal documentation of the Company
- General administration works as needed by the team
- Assist in the Know Your Business (KYB) checking conducted by the Company towards its potential clients
- Assisting team in reviewing and translating legal documentation (MoU, Agreement, PoA, etc)
What you’ll need:
- Fresh graduate of law or maximum 1 year experiences in related field
- Have passed UPA (Advocate Exam) would be advantage
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Available for at least 6 months
