Qualifications
- Holds a law degree from reputable university
- Fluent in english, both oral and writing
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the field of law, e-commerce, in-house legal counsel, or reputable law firm
- Has been exposed to engagement with government officials
- Has ability to navigate through regulatory barriers and develop strategies to overcome such barriers
- Highly motivated to non stop learning and to manage multiple tasks
- Has the ability to work on a wide range of corporate legal matters
- Familiar with OSS RBA is a must
- Excellent knowledge on legal basis, legal aspects, experience in M&A or IP Law is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Regularly updated with new regulation in relation to business and corporate matters
- Prepare and review wide variety of commercial agreements
- Assist relevant stakeholder on legal administrative filling, submission and/or reporting
- Identify issues that may arise in commercial agreeements with business partners
- Attending meetings with relevant government institutions
- Liaising and coordinate with other external Party when necessary
- Establish and maintain relationship with relevant government authorities
- High discipline in file and document storing / sharing
- Excellent self management, communication, networking, and leadership skills
