ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities
- Support daily tasks of Compliance and Legal.
- Prepare Legal Opinions related to company issues.
- Perform administrative tasks such as drafting and reviewing agreements, MoUs, compliance documents, etc.
- Perform regulatory updates and create the company’s Regulatory Compliance Minutes.
- Support the preparation process and implementation of the company’s internal audit.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate/minimum semester 6 – S1 Law.
- Willing to do minimum 3 months internship (WFO).
- Strong administrative, communication, negotiation and legal analysis skills.
- Have high initiative & strong desire to learn.
- Willing to do UNPAID Internship.
