Job Description:
- Advising business and senior management team on applicable rules and regulations, especially relating to financial services business (including payment, lending, insurance, and other financial services business that the company may launch in the future)
- Representing the company in the meetings and discussions with the regulators
- Ensuring and maintaining compliance to all regulations especially relating to financial services business
- Establishing relationship with the relevant regulators
- Drafting and reviewing various legal documents and/or negotiating on contracts with external parties
- Keeping up to date with the relevant regulations and pro-actively provide suggestions and/or recommendations
Requirements:
- More than 5 year experience in the legal industry, especially in fields relating to financial technology, especially financial services
- Having deep knowledge in the OJK and BI regulations and is familiar with reporting to OJK and BI systems
- Good attention to detail and strong analytical skill
- Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, and able to work both individually and in a team
- Excellent communication, critical thinking and leadership skill
