Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in law or Master Degree will be an added value
- Have minimum 5 to 8 year experience in related area, experience in telecommunication equipment, IT supplier or software company will be an added value
- Fluent in English is a must, fluent in mandarin will be an added value
- Having an advocate license will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of telecommunication and business law such as company law, contract law, dispute resolution law, telecommunication law, information and electronic transaction law, criminal law and its procedural law, intellectual property rights law, personal data protection law etc.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skill with a strong commercial and legal argument
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Computer literate.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal service and support to the Indonesia subsidiary office.
- Drafting, reviewing, participating and providing legal advice in the bidding, negotiation of contracts and other legal documents at least for two accounts.
- Providing legal advice and legal risk control for the operation of the company including in consumer business, cloud business and coordinating or liaising with customer or relevant stakeholders for any legal matter as required.
- Legal research and providing legal training to other departments within the company.
- To manage business license applications and familiar with OSS and other government license systems.
