Responsibilities
- Providing advice pertaining to a wide range of corporate legal matters, covering general corporate or public company law, capital law, M&A, GCG.
- Drafting and negotiating various types of contracts, transactions, corporate actions.
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and letters.
- To assist the Corporate Secretary of the Company by monitoring the Company’s compliance with the prevailing rules and regulations.
- Ensuring that shareholders, capital market authorities, investors, analysts, and the public receive timely, complete, and accurate information about all material matters relating to the Company.
- Ensure transparency of the Company’s disclosures and internal and external communications.
