Job Description:
- Handling lincensing in charge of legal matters, both civil and criminal problems, and BPJS matters;
- Making adjustments to the new regulations issued by government relating to company’s operation;
- Evaluate and formalize company policies based on Indonesia’s labor law.
- Compiling the letter of cooperation contract with both internal and external parties;
- Handle and support the process of resolving cases (if any) with the third parties;
- Monitor the process of implementing legal procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree (S1) of law major
- Excellent time management, good analytical and oral communication skills;
- Resilient character that is able to take constructive criticism whilst demonstrate a self-motivation to deliver high quality work through tight deadlines;
- Familiar with BPJS, business licenses, labor and corporate law, also government regulation including its changes related to the corporate business;
- A strong team-player, collaborative, flexible, able to create, develop, and implement new ideas and plans;
- Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, E-mail, Windows);
- Tolerance to stress, able to work underpressure;
- English fluency both written and oral is a must.
