Responsibilities
- Creating and reviewing legal contracts, collaboration agreements and other documents related to company projects.
- Assist legal team in the preparation, verification, and review of legal documents.
- Maintain document filing.
Requirements
- Final Year student or Graduate majoring in Law.
- Strong analytical and legal knowledge.
- Good communication and collaboration skill.
- Able to prioritize appropriately and adapt quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Able to join ASAP willing to do minimum 6 months internship period.
