Qualifications
- Sarjana Hukum (Bachelor Degree in Law), Must be 2023 passout
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral, written, and good communication skills)
- Able to work in a team or individually and on a tight deadline with people across the globe
- Basic knowledge of IT law, corporate law, and civil law
- Good problem solving and analytical skills, and also attention to detail
- Good communication, highly motivated, responsible, responsive, and ability to work well within the team.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research
- Translating various ranges of legal documents.
- Drafting/reviewing agreements/contracts, and correspondence.
- Support in legal administration and documentation.
- Liaise and work effectively with internal teams and/or clients/suppliers.
- Assist in finance & tax-related matters.
- Assist empanelled counsels in court hearings for various ongoing cases and litigations.
