Job Description
- Conducting legal research and providing day-to-day legal support for legal team.
- Assist legal team to control and maintain the validity of all company legal documents, licenses, permits and agreements.
- Support the signing process and legal documents fillings.
- Support legal team for preparing, checking and reviewing legal documents.
- Liaise and working effectively with team members and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Final Year student or Graduate from Diploma / Bachelor Degree majoring in Law or related field.
- Eager to learn, have logical thinking, high initiative.
- Can work independently as well as a team member.
- Have an ability in identifying problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking.
