Job Responsibility:
- Run legal assesment & review for proposal & supporting documents through deep analysis
- Suggest legal opinion as user with credible opinion
- prepare resolution draft for corporate action
- Managing license and ensure that all license aligned with government regulation
- Have experience in handling Corporate legal
Job Requirement:
- Have experience as corporate legal in shipping / mining company
- Discipline, concentious, high responsibility, good communication, creative & pro-active
- Accustomed to doing Legal Assessment, Drafting & Review
- Has the license been in accordance with government regulations
- Have competence in contract management
- Mastering the process of corporate action, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures
