Legal Manager at PT Teknologi Usaha Nusantara (Broom.id)

Qualifications

Bachelor of laws from reputable university
Minimum 5 years of experiences in law firms and/or as an in-house legal in startups or multinational companies
Deep understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial laws and regulations
Good managerial and communication skills
Exposure to transactional, funding round, M&A, debt financing, restructuring, cross-border transaction, and corporate legal works is a plus
Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Full professional proficiency of English

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Legal on the day-to-day internal and external legal-related activities of the company
Manage the commercial and operational legal matters of the company
Manage and mitigate the possible legal risks arising of the company’s activities and growth
Liaise, communicate and negotiate with external counsels, customers, business collaborators, and relevant external parties of the company
Maintain company’s compliance with the relevant areas of laws and regulations
