Job Requirements
- Candidate must hold bachelor degree in law from reputable university
- Having minimum 5 years of working experience combined from in house legal and law firm
- Proven experience and solid understanding of general corporate matters
- Fast paced and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and negotiation skill
Responsibilities
- Review and drafting of company’s contract (lease, manufacture, sale and purchase, distributor, promotion, brand ambassador, etc);
- Provide legal opinion to internal user in the company and/or management;
- Monitoring and liaising with the IP lawyer regarding trademark and/or IP matters;
- Legal research regarding daily business activities (as required);
- Other common ‘corporate legal’ job scope.
