We’re looking for a Legal Officer to join our Operations team in Indonesia, to provide legal support for operational matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will provide all aspects of legal support to the stakeholders in all department, including but not limited to the following: Provide legal advice related to operational matters Manage all company’s legal documents (corporate licenses and permits, external agreements, etc) Review, draft and manage client agreement/external contracts on a daily basis Work closely and coordinate with the business team and external legal counsel appointed as required
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor of Law from a reputable law school in Indonesia Min. 1 year of experience as a Legal Officer/Legal Staff Good legal knowledge and excellent in drafting, and negotiating legal documents both in English and Indonesian Organized, meticulous and attentive to detail Hardworking and reliable, able to handle multiple streams of work and prioritize efficiently Adaptable and able to learn quickly A team player, but also a self-starter; able to work independently but also collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders A good command of English, both verbal and written.
