ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibility
- Hold an advocate licence
- Responsible for handling litigation cases trought out the process
- Prepare draft and review Legal contract/agreement
- Provide professional Legal consulting service, inepth analysis of the Legal issues taced by clients, assess pontential dispute, and provide clients with the efficient and practical legal based on the legal trame work
- Have business thinking mind and be able to put forward constructive suggestions to solve problems in accordance with legal provisions
- Handle wide range of general corporate matters
- Prepare legal opinion and undertake correspondence with clients
- Experience in providing research of requlations and government regulation
Requirements
- Academic background in law or bachelor of law
- Graduated from reputable university with the minimum GPA of 3.00
- At least 5 years of the lawfirm or relevant experience in law
- Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
- Good communication skill, dynamic, fast learner, good attitude, and able to work individually and as a team
- Agile and take initiatives, enjoy meeting new challenges and know how to approach multiple tight deadlines
- Able to undertake multitalsk on several assignments at the same
- Experience in handling of variety legal cases or legal matters
