Requirements:
- Has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, with a minimum GPA of 3,00 out of 4,00
- Has a minimum of three years’ professional experience working in a law firm experienced in performing due diligence in Merger and Acquisition transactions
- Good team player who enjoys working collaboratively with people from a variety of different backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
