Legal Specialist
Minimum Qualifications
- Single Male/Female maximum age 30 years old
- At least a Bachelors’s degree in Law
- Having a knowledge of Legal Drafting, Legal Assistance, and Legal Training
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Preferably with experience in Notary and PPAT (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
Responsibilities
- Standardize documents for each type of transaction in the company
- Analyze and make adjustments to agreement documents and/or transaction flows in connection with the issuance of the latest laws and regulations.
- Provide opinions in relation to transactions on non-standard business activities.

Compliance Audit Specialist
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring Accounting, Economy, Technical Science, Law, Political Science
- At least 1 year experience in related field
- Medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Must possess A/C Driving License
- Willing to visit all branches around Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits based on SOP & established schedules
- Create a clean and clear audit worksheet by maximizing data stored in the system
- Keeping found evidences in every audit as a proponent in audit reports
- Reporting every findings in audit directly to Supervisor
- Preparing Audit Report draft and follow up Branches feedback on every cases
