Legal Specialist at Fintopia

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from an accredited law school in Indonesia or overseas
- Minimum 2-year solid experience in law firm, PE/VC investments or legal departments of banking or financial institution related companies
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian
- Strong sense of responsibility, be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to work in a fast pace, high-growth environment
- Quick learner, be able to grasp complex new business concepts, good commercial acumen and creative approach to problem-solving
- Experience in P2P platform, foreign investment in Indonesia or online financing industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting the legal head in reviewing legal documents in relation to corporate governance and commercial agreements
- Independently conducting legal research in relation to laws and regulations in financial and technology areas and preparing basic memo accordingly
- Translating legal documents
- Working closely with departmental and group leadership to support business initiatives
- Helping establish and maintain the legal-related issues, regulatory system and corporate governance issues with the group
- Where required, manage and supervise external counsels in providing advice
- Other duties as assigned
