Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing the agreement and legal documents
- Legal research
- Legal opinion
- Case analysis
- Analysis/update regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Law
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the legal field
- Deeply understand civil law, labor law, company law, and procedural law in Indonesia
- Detail and target-oriented
- Have deep knowledge and experience in terms of drafting & reviewing agreements, case analysis, litigation, and licensing
- English skill is a must (TOEIC 500), Mandarin is a plus
