Requirements:
- Background Education Law is a must 5-8 years experience in Manufacture company is preferred
- Preferably as PERADI member
- Having a good understanding of company law & practicing
- Litigation experience
Responsible:
- Monitoring & follow up all company-wide issues
- Providing legal opinion to Management regarding legal issues
- A representative of company to attend Industrial relation/fraud court
- Collaborative Labor Agreement negotiation with Labor union
- Handle preparation & reporting for Annual General Meeting of Share Holder
