As part of the legal team, you will be responsible for in-house legal matters including review documents, contracts, agreements. Learn and explore about OJK/ BI Regulations, among other are regulations related to Digital Banking Services, Bank Product, Payment System including aspects of Consumer Protection and other regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- S1/S2 in Law.
- Min GPA of 3.00.
- Familiar with the UU ITE including rules and regulations regarding the Implementation of PSTE, Electronic Contracts, etc.
- Interested to learn about OJK/ BI Regulations, among other are regulations related to Digital Banking Services.
- Resilience related to work volume, scheduling and prioritization.
- Ability to think analytically in order to solve problems and make decisions.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Able to speak and write in English.
