Qualifications
- Graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Legal position
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
- Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
- Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and MS Office
- Willing to work at Isimu & Marisa, Gorontalo
Responsibilities
- Identify from legal documents obtained based on the instructions of the leadership or Management
- Provide legal opinion related to the company’s legal matters
- Drafting or reviewing business contracts
- Managing company business licensing
- Representing hte company in communication with parties outside the company
- Able to conduct Legal Due Diligence
