- Bachelor degree in Law
- Have good communication, negotiation, and administration skill
- Have a strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Hard worker, discipline, honest, well behave, and adaptive
- Accurate, precise attention to details, well-organized, and able to work with target
- Have a good skill with verbal and written English
