ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities
- Review agreements and contracts following the company’s regulations and standard
- Provide legal advice and resolve any business issues and legal risks
- Building relationships with various stakeholders both internally and externally
- Manage and prepare legal documents
- Manage and monitor the company’s Ad-hoc legal work and special projects
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent
- With a minimum of 1 year of working experience, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Familiar with all fields of law.
- Having a good enthusiasm and work ethic
- Good Communication Skills. Excellent English with oral and written
- Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and ability to work independently without guidance
- Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang
