About The Job
As Legal Supervisor, you’ll protect and support Danone’s business, innovations and assets by designing and implementing the optimal legal frameworks in the context of business legal advisory, third party engagement, marketing, promotion and operations. You’ll ensure their application within Danone and by relevant third parties, according to country regulations, company policies and water CBU specific needs
- Manage day to day contract management process, including drafting, reviewing, advising and negotiating of commercial agreements, as well as review the performance of legal system and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Provide initial legal advices related with promotions activities and data privacy topics to the relevant function
- Legal support for project management
- Support for regular training and prepare relevant materials for the training
- Drafting the relevant legal documents to support the operational or needs of the business.
- Conduct legal research on relevant legal topic to support the business needs
- Supervise the management of legal database and contract system
- Liaising with external parties, including lawyers and consultants, as necessary
- Develop infographics materials to support relevant legal contents for the business
About You
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Minimum 2-3 years PQE Lawyer with strong commercial contract background and fast learner
- FMCG/pharmaceutical experience is preferred
- Familiar and well understand on contract management process
- Well understand on Digital/Technology Laws and Data Privacy Laws of Indonesia
- A “hands on” lawyer with practical, proactive, independent and energetic approach
- Ability to self-motivate and striving to “go the extra mile”, excellent team player, collaborative
- Have strong drafting, negotiation and communications skills
- Strong knowledge in Corporate and Investment Law, Consumer, Advertising and Promotion Law and Regulation, Data Privacy, Technological Law, Competition and Anti – Trust Law, Advocacy, Operation (C&P, Industrial)/Business Contract, Sales – Distribution Law, Custom and Export Law, Employment – Labor Law, Dispute Resolution
