Job Description
- Assist Legal Manager to deliver legal support to business users
- Carry out independent legal research, across many different areas of the law and industry
- Draft, reviewing and finalizing various types of agreements and other legal documents
- Work together with team members on various projects
- Handle licensing process and liaise with government in relation to it
Requirements
- Proven experience as in-house legal counsel or lawyers in reputable law firms with at least 3 year experiences.
- Tech savvy.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Indonesia
- A team player, but also a self-starter
- High attention to detail, highly motivated, proactive and problem solver
- Ability to prioritize demands under tight deadlines
