Qualifications
- S1 majoring in Law, preferably those who have an advocate license.
- Have minimum +3 years experiences as Litigation in Insurance Company.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and or open office.
- Able to analyze data and legal cases.
- Negotiation Skills
Responsibilities
- Resolving disputes both internal and external involving the company with all the interests of the company, both through litigation to the competent courts and non-litigation in amicable ways, negotiations or alternative dispute resolutions that apply.
- Conduct education, guidance, and advocacy for all branches related to cases that occur, both criminal and civil cases.
- Coordinate across functions related to the implementation of regulations or legal regulations.
- Building and managing cooperative relationships with the government, law enforcement officials and regulators for the benefit of the company.
