Job Descriptions:
- Assist in legal administrative matters including but not limited to document filing, preparing and submission of litigation and intellectual property supporting documents and/or recording of legal data;
- Prepare regulatory update and ensure the fulfilment of legal compliance;
- Prepare and/or review draft agreement with business partners and/or vendors;
- Conduct legal research to ensure that the legal team provides sound legal advice for any legal issues or queries raised by stakeholders;
- Attend administrative request raised by stakeholders (i.e. signature requests, document request, etc.); and
- Assist in the submission and monitoring of invoices.
Minimum Requirements:
- Holds a law degree from a reputable university.
- Previously worked at a reputable law firm or multinational corporation as a member of legal team.
- Minimum (i) 2 years of active working experience in company; or (ii) 1 year of active working experience in law firm.
- Has excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Meticulous document-keeping and tracking.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Can work independently with minimum supervision.
