Tim People, Legal & Finance memegang salah satu peran penting di Shopee. Tim ini bertanggung jawab atas semua karyawan & kebutuhan bisnis mereka dengan menyalurkan sumber daya yang mendukung. Seiring berkembangnya Shopee, kebutuhan pengembangan karyawan juga meningkat. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menjadikan Shopee lebih baik lagi.

Responsibilities (Engagement & Culture)
  • Ensures that best practice in the company’s culture & values initiative is available for and applied to all employee
  • Analyses company’s culture & values outputs develop and implements company’s culture & values improvement
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver company values to employees and make sure the message is delivered to all employee
  • Proven ability to juggle a high volume of concurrent activities and work to deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Work together with the People & Culture team as we grow
Requirements
  • At least 5 years professional experience in People Culture/Values related field
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from related fields
  • Strong knowledge about design and evaluate Culture & Values Programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of human relationships
  • Good guidance, counselling and negotiation skills, at all levels
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders

Responsibilities (HRBP Operations)
  • Communicate HR standards; provide the required information, assistance and solutions related to HR or People matters for business leaders in order to ensure that every business decision made are already considering the HR point of view
  • Maintain annual and/or quarter manpower planning, check and assist employee selection, orientation, on/off-boarding, transfers within the company, and ensure all the process are aligning with the applied regulation
  • Provide regular report and update regarding HR matters or issues to both HR Center of Excellence Lead and Business Leaders
  • Review and resolve Legal or Industrial Relations Issues, to comply with company regulations and Indonesia Labor Law
  • Do effective, thorough and objective investigations for the encountered HR related matters, and propose a solution with an action plan
  • Understand business needs by doing proper analytics based on data or existing business process and provide gap analysis for HR Center of Excellence to come with program, initiative, and solutions
  • Liaise with HR Center of Excellence Lead in order to solve any issue or problem in business related to HR and require HR expertise, initiative, and services
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Organisational Development, HR Business Partner or HR generalist area
  • Experience in industrial relation, recruitment, organisation structure analysis, performance management and manpower planning

Responsibilities (Ethics & Integrity)
  • Identifying ethics and integrity risks and vulnerability in systems and procedures
  • Promotion of awareness amongst stakeholders on company values, standards, policies and procedures in ethics
  • Conduct preliminary investigations into reported cases of unethical behaviour and recommend appropriate action
  • Develop and drive the ethics and integrity strategy as part of the risk management and compliance strategic direction into the different business through education and training
  • Monitor and verify our investigation and anti-corruption processes are aligned with our policy and rules to ensure our intended level of Code of Conduct is met
  • Secure a consistent and ethical approach to investigations across all businesses
  • Raise a concern line investigations are appropriately handled
Requirements
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree from a renowned university
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in risk consulting or internal audit
  • Aligned with the Shopee Values
