Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
- Taking pre-emptive measure to avoid legal risk and conflict
- Represent client and during a proceeding in Court
- Applicant must work independently and in a team, be willing to initiate, work under pressure and with a variety of people or organization
- A personable manner and ability to work well in a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to analyze problems and offer workable solutions
Requirements:
- Advocate License
- Litigation experience
- An impressive academic record and significant involvement in students’ organization
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- An Indonesian Law Degree max. 30 years old
- University Degree from a prominent university in Business Law, Civil Law, and International Law with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience with a law firm or legal consultant
- Experience with multi-national firm would be an advantage
