| Key Tasks and Responsibilities
· Provide legal support for the users in which the person is able to demonstrate consistent exemplary ability to apply strategic thinking, good judgment and leadership qualities. This includes the ability to effectively serve as the first chair for a project · Demonstrates the ability to champion and lead initiatives that can promote the quality of Legal, LRO or the Company respectively. · Lead LRO’s initiatives either independently or collectively with other designated personnel. · Able to serve as a stand in for the General Counsel. · Able to assist the General Counsel for external engagements, including serve as a permanent representative in associations · Able to assist the General Counsel to develop the team members. · Able to steward the Legal support for the Company and individual user group based on coordination with the General Counsel. · Progression includes the ability to be nominated for regional or overseas projects as and when opportunities arise. Qualification · MinimumBachelor’s Degree in Law and have 10 years + of relevant professional experience · Preferably admitted in an Indonesian Bar Association · Significant exposures on commercial issues is preferred Skills · Good communication skills, including good proficiency in English · Ability to apply strategic thinking and good judgment in providing legal support for the company · Good counseling, drafting and analytical skills · Has a drive to excel and can work autonomously while being a good team member Other Requirements · Keen to apply and further develop leadership skills, including influencing without authority · Keen to advance oneself and have “can do” attitude.
