
ABOUT THE JOB
Description
– Assist in the process of making and managing legal documents, such as notary and PPAT deeds (AJB, SKHMT, APHT, PT GMS, PT establishment, share grants, fiduciary, etc.).
– Ensure that documents are made in accordance with applicable legal regulations and company policies.
– Coordinate with external parties (banks, clients) and internal legal team.
– Manage and register legal documents to online systems such as OSS and AHU.
– Maintain good relationship with clients, banks, and partners.
– Handle other administrative tasks related to legality and office operations.
Qualifications
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a notary office.
– Maximum age of 39 years old.
– Fluent in Indonesian and English (Mandarin language skills are a plus).
– Detailed, thorough, responsive, and able to work on time.
– Able to multitask and have good time management.
– Communicative and have good interpersonal skills.
– Willing to work overtime and can be contacted outside working hours if needed.
– Have knowledge of ATR BPN Online system and other legal administration.
