Corporate Actions

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing all corporate action activity on global custody system.
  • Researches information on new corporate actions.
  • Prepares corporate action notifications for client distribution.
  • Reconciliation of corporate action and security position balances.
  • Calculates client position entitlements for all corporate action activity.
  • Maintain communication with sub-custodians worldwide and other third parties (Emiten, BAE)
  • Prepare KTUR for RUPS

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 1 to 2 years’ experience in Corporate Actions role
  • Good knowledge of banking and corporate actions procedure
  • Team player, tech savvy, and self starter
  • Excellent ability to speak and write in English
  • Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge in operating microsoft excel

Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for Support Associate to join Bibit.id. This position allows you to provide financial advice to our users and make recommendations on how to best utilize their income.

Requirements:

  • Having knowledge in mutual funds (reksadana)

Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to determine the right features to drive product improvement
  • Plan and prioritize product backlog then translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
  • Work closely with designers, and engineers to implement new features and enhancement.
  • Work with QA team to ensure that the product we deploy are of quality.
  • Manage the team and project timeline to ensure timely delivery
  • Gather user feedback to improve our app and services
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure our marketing plans are consistent with the product

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as Product Manager or similar role in the digital company, preferably in financial technology
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

Illustrator (Product Design)

Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm and Provide graphic design support for the Product Team.
  • Work closely with the product team to execute ideas (especially for UI/UX Designer)
  • Create stylized vector illustrations and icons for our product
  • Execute multiple projects in a timely manner and attention to detail
  • Exhibit a high level of creative thinking and problem solving
  • Create visual concepts that identify a product or convey a message
  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
  • Excellent at conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
  • Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Creative and brilliant at choosing colors, fonts, layouts, and other design elements to create creative concepts
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (e.g Figma, Adobe Illustration, etc).
  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Experience presenting and communicating design ideas and project goals.
  • Good in teamwork and managing workload.
