- Responsible for processing all corporate action activity on global custody system.
- Researches information on new corporate actions.
- Prepares corporate action notifications for client distribution.
- Reconciliation of corporate action and security position balances.
- Calculates client position entitlements for all corporate action activity.
- Maintain communication with sub-custodians worldwide and other third parties (Emiten, BAE)
- Prepare KTUR for RUPS
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 1 to 2 years’ experience in Corporate Actions role
- Good knowledge of banking and corporate actions procedure
- Team player, tech savvy, and self starter
- Excellent ability to speak and write in English
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge in operating microsoft excel

Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and Provide graphic design support for the Product Team.
- Work closely with the product team to execute ideas (especially for UI/UX Designer)
- Create stylized vector illustrations and icons for our product
- Execute multiple projects in a timely manner and attention to detail
