Dispute Junior Associates
- at least two years of experience as a dispute resolution lawyer
- Indonesian legal qualifications
- fluency in English (speaking and writing)
- demonstrable experience in delivering technical advice on a range of general
- commercial litigation and/or arbitration matters (experience in other specific areas of
- practice would be a plus)
- an excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset.
Corporate M&A Associates
- at least two years of experience as a Corporate M&A lawyer in private practice;
- a law degree (Sarjana Hukum) from a recognised Indonesian university;
- fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written);
- an excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a commercial mindset;
- the ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively, and at times autonomously;
- exceptional communication and time-management skills.
Banking & Finance Associates
- at least two years of experience as a banking, finance, or debt capital markets lawyer
- Indonesian legal qualifications
- fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
- an excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a commercial mindset
- the ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously
- exceptional communication and time-management skills.
Commercial Finance Manager
- Minimum five years’ experience as a Finance manager
- Experience working for professional services industry such as lawfirm, public accountant, financial consulting will be an advantage.
- Qualifications in Commerce or Finance Qualifications as a CPA/CA will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated business partnering and influencing skills and able to develop relationship at all levels of seniority
- Excellent Excel skills and the ability to work confidently within other Microsoft office 365 products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint)
- Proven experience in identifying profit drivers and improvement opportunities through the analysis of P&L
- Experience in data analytics and analysing datasets
- Project management or operational experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Excellent training and presentation skills
- Understanding of law firm economics desirable
