Review various kind of lease agreement for all MAP brand (LOO,LOI,LOC,Amendment LOI,LOO,LOC,Lease Agreement,Addendum Lease Agreement, Amendment Lease Agreement, Consigment Agreement) include:

Screening and checking legal document of both parties and the premises.

Advise legal opinion for best and profitable solution.

Prepare list of expired update for each Business Unit.

Update list pending

Send document to other Business Unit if needed (licensing, brand).

Correspondence and making a step for government special project related, such as:
