Role Requirements
- Previous work experience at fintech or bank

Summary:
To ensure the compliance of lease agreement and government related documents toward the law/regulations, create profitable clause, giving advice and reminder to Business Unit to minimize and avoid future dispute.
Roles & responsibilities:
Review various kind of lease agreement for all MAP brand (LOO,LOI,LOC,Amendment LOI,LOO,LOC,Lease Agreement,Addendum Lease Agreement, Amendment Lease Agreement, Consigment Agreement) include:
Screening and checking legal document of both parties and the premises.
Advise legal opinion for best and profitable solution.
Prepare list of expired update for each Business Unit.
Update list pending
Send document to other Business Unit if needed (licensing, brand).
Correspondence and making a step for government special project related, such as:
BKPM (Laporan LKPM Perusahaan PMA)
Kepolisian (Surat Keterangan Kehilangan)
Pengadilan (Surat Keterangan Bebas Sengketa/Perkara untuk Pidana dan Perdata)
Kementerian ATR-BPN (Sertipikat Tanah)
Other Legal documents :
Create the power of attorney (Surat Kuasa);
Create Company’s Shareholders’ Registry (Daftar Pemegang Saham/DPS);
Create ‘Daftar Khusus’.
