- supporting ppgr regional partnership’s projects including but not limited to internal coordination, project discussion with external stakeholders, project operations
- handling sponsorship request from regional government, state owned enterpises and non goverment institutions
- supporting team’s administrative for high-level meeting or speaking engagement through presentation materials and briefing notes
Job Requirements
- Student/Fresh graduate in public policy, law, political science, communication, social science or another relevant field.
- Experience synthesizing, summarizing, and presenting complex information in a way that provides clarity and interest
- Detail and data oriented person
- Strong analytical and planning skills

Operations Governance Partnership Intern
Job Description
- Handle BAU and/or ad-hoc contract amendment or new draft for CEx partners
- Collect, analyze and process the request for amendment or additional terms in contract from OGP & CEx team
- Managing and ensuring standardization process and control throughout all BPO contract with Senior associate and related stakeholders
- Managing and update contractual tracker CEx
Job Qualification
- Legal background preferable
- Detail oriented and good analytical thinking
- Proficient to use Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Ms. Word
- Strong communication, work ethics, ability to prioritize
- Good business writing and communications skills in Indonesian and English
